A small snippet for all of you.. from The Fic! XDDD

What thundered past a few moments later was like nothing they'd ever seen. What Seth assumed was a carriage was pulled at a incredible pace by creatures far different from what would pull a carriage for them. They resembled a horse in that they had four legs, but that was it. Beyond that, they were more like lizards than equestrians. Scales covered the surface of the beasts, rippling sinously as muscles like steel cable worked as the creatures pulled their burden. Their tails moved occasionally, whipping at the ground behind them.
What was most amazing was their heads, they resembled iguanas almost, without the crests that some of them developed. Instead, their flesh was smooth, the scales beginning about midway down their neck. Their eyes were wild, and as Seth watched, he was sure one of them noticed him, almost pleading for release from their chains. Seth watched them until they were well out of sight, not hearing Nathaniel's furtive statements.
"Hey, Seth!" Nathaniel's voice finally reached him.
"Hmm?" Seth glanced at the other male.
"What the hell was that?" he asked, eyes wide.
Seth regarded him with a bemused expression. "I don't think we're in Kansas anymore, Toto."

Grrrrr... an example of people's stupidity.
The Lawrence Journal (Kansas, USA) tells us one of these strange anti-Harry stories from the U.S.:
Last week, children had planned to attend a special presentation on Muggles, the ordinary humans portrayed in the best-selling Harry Potter series, at the Oskaloosa Public Library. That is, until the library's board pulled the plug on Thursday's reading program after a handful of residents complained their children would learn witchcraft from the books.
In her 18 years serving as the librarian, Paula Ware said nothing as strange as this has happened before. She said there's a small faction in the community who thought she was going to teach children about witchcraft at the presentation. "They felt very threatened by the evil factor in the book," she said. "I've tried to explain to them these are fantasy books and millions of people have read the books all over the world."

Ware ran an ad in the local newspaper, promoting the library's "Hogwarts Class." The ad states the class called "Muggle Studies" is for "aspiring young witches and wizards." Ware said, she doesn't have time to put up a fight and wants to put the incident behind her. "It's my busiest time of the year, and I don't want to enter into a confrontation," she said. "But if this had been about banning the books, I would have taken this to the Supreme Court."
Yes, ladies and gentlemen.. a BOOK will teach you about witchcraft.. >_< (which it will, but not in the context that those idiots are claiming..)
Well, a book is just that... a book.. it might contain information about a topic, but unless you devote your time and effort to mastering what's inside, it's just a book... ^_^;;; what bugs me are these ignorant, foolish, backwards imbeciles who think that having a book READ to you will contaminate a person.. and once they set this opinion down, they make NO EFFORT to see if their opinion is actually VALID... they simply assume..
People like that offend me, because they're short-sighted, devoid of anything resembling common sense or a willingness to examine the fact that their viewpoint may be flawed...

Thus concludes my rant on this matter.

To this, I say, BULLSHIT, I know a bit about snipers, and if memory serves, don't they hit what they aim at, if they're properly trained?

Again, BULLSHIT. If you can't see a woman holding a baby while taking aim at someone who's ducking inside the cabin... then you don't need to be a sniper.
FURTHERMORE, if Harris is armed and ducking inside the cabin, exactly what does the helicopter have to fear from him? Hmmm? Sounds to me like Horiuchi is, imo, full of shit...

WA2 Update: Acquired the Thunder and Snow summons, Ventured into the Coffin of 100 eyes, cleared it. Regained my presumed dead teammate(who has a spinky new weapon and blew the bad guys away with it); A Rail Cannon, fyi, as I know all of you are REALLY interested. Hour Count: I have no idea. Next Objective: the Four Pillars.
In other news... Yay. Mcveigh was executed. Let's just hope that the previously voiced fear of wackos running off on 'Honor Mcveigh' days and bombing and committing acts of vengeance because he 'gave his life for their cause' or such.. -_-;;; Also, I could think of many more inventive things to do to him..

Spinky! Poe went to see the Mummy Returns today. Tis gooooooood... *_* Much enjoyed it.. Ne.. was planning to go see Moulin Rouge, but don't want to see it alone, so dialed up the cousin who wants to see it, but she again decides to be a contrary little *expletive* and proclaim that it's not a good time for HER(yet she intrudes on me at 10 minutes before a movie STARTS, wanting to go -_-;)
So, not going to Moulin Rouge today.. perhaps I'll get up and take it in tomorrow.. ;_; *would see a Knight's Tale, but it appears to be out of our theatre* -_-
Annnnnd..that's about it... *cackles evilly and goes back to plotting the chara for The Fic*
